When we set out to create our first seniors’ residence, we knew we wanted it to be unique. Straying away from the often regimented, limiting schedules of other residences, we wanted to create a space that encouraged an active, independent lifestyle. In 2020, that vision was realised with the opening of The Edward, our boutique-style, luxury living space for seniors in South Mount Royal. Starting from its namesake — the nearby former King Edward School — there are amenities galore both inside and outside The Edward. That school was transformed into cSpace Marda Loop in 2001, a cutting-edge art house full of public exhibitions — one of many of the exciting outing options in the nearby community of Marda Loop. Inside The Edward, there are plenty of things to do as well, from our exquisite dining served by award-winning chefs to our salon and spa, to even our rooftop garden. Through both its excellent location, rich set of services, as well as top-tier design, The Edward sets the bar for a new calibre of independent living.
